Congratulations to Tameka Davis on the opening of her Tropical Smoothie Café in Frederick, Maryland! Tameka Davis’ dream has been to open a business and work for herself. As a Contracting Officer with the Naval Medical Logistics Command, she had the business mind to make sound decisions based on logic reason and facts that make a successful operator.

Tameka went to a Tropical Smoothie Cafe several years ago and loved the food, and the smoothies. She liked the idea that she didn’t have to choose between healthy and fast. After doing lots of research, Tameka and her husband, Seymour, realized that Tropical Smoothie Café was a great fit for them.
