Ruth and David Buko are tried and true multi-unit franchisees with the Tropical Smoothie Cafe family. By trade, Ruth is an attorney and David is a sales executive. In addition to these careers, the Bukos already operate two successful Cafes in Michigan, their first in 2012 on Grand River Avenue in East Lansing and the second in 2014 on State Street in Saginaw.
