Existing Tropical Smoothie Franchise Owner Jacqueline Li has partnered with Thomas Chow to open a new Cafe in the Titusville, Florida area. Thomas will be a hands-on owner-operator for his first location and will hire managers to help him run additional Cafes down the road.
